Guidance for booking by post:

• Note that Cheques must be made payable to TERMINAL PRODUCTIONS or payment will be rejected.
• Cheques may take 28 days or more for payment to clear from the date we receive your cheque, before tickets will be posted to you.
• There is no booking fee for booking by post, so tickets are just £50 each by post.
• If you want tickets posting to you, you must include a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope (SSAE).
• We strongly urge you to use an insured posting method for your SSAE (ie Royal Mail Special Delivery) as we cannot replace tickets lost in the post, and in this event you will have to claim via the carrier (ie Royal Mail).
• If you wish, you can book by post by sending us a cheque and include a note asking us to hold them for “Box Office Collection” at the event in August.
• If you choose Box Office Collection, we strongly urge you to email us once you have posted the cheque, so we can tell you if there are any problems with the funds clearing. If you don’t and funds don’t clear, you will probably have to pay on arrival which will include an additional fee.
• No Ticket refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled by the promoter. In this event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. No consequential losses will be refunded whatsoever.
