Please note: You will not be charged for the postage cost of your deposit return when you make your initial booking. The cost of postage will be deducted from your deposit cheque after the event. Step 3. Go to My Basket. If you are buying accommodation only, make sure the ìBox Office Collectionî option is selected on the final check-out page. This means you wonít get charged for the delivery cost of tickets! Step 4. You can pay by either credit / debit card or straight from your PayPal account. Remember we can only return your deposit via PayPal if you use your PayPal account to purchase your room. If you use a credit / debit card, you will receive your deposit by cheque minus the cost of postage. Step 5. In the PayPal check-out there is an ìAdd special instructions for the Merchantî option. Please use this to tell us the names of all the people staying in the room(s) you have booked and also to tell us if you have any special needs. Also use this space to tell us if you want to be grouped with another person's booking. You can also do this via the ìContact Usî form on the webstore itself once you have completed the transaction, if you prefer. Doing this will make step 7 easier ñ Thanks! Step 6. You will immediately receive an email notification from PayPal confirming your payment. It is very important that you keep this for your records. Important: You now have 14 days from the date of your booking in which you can cancel your booking and all money will be refunded to you at no charge. Step 7. Once your order is received by us, we will begin to process your booking. If you havenít already told us, we will email you a simple form requesting details of each person staying in the room(s). This is needed by the Buildings Management for Insurance and Administration purposes. You must complete this email form and send it back to us, in order for rooms and room keys to be allocated. Please do not delay in returning the form! Step 8. Once we have your completed email form, we will finish processing your booking and you will receive an email from Infest HQ to confirm your booking. This confirmation will have your unique Infest Accommodation Booking Reference Number (this is different to your PayPal Payment Confirmation), which you will need to print out. You must show the print-out of your Accommodation Booking Reference Number when you check in to the accommodation. You will not be able to collect your room keys without it! Note: We will provide full details of when, where and how to check-in to the accommodation once we have processed your booking. Step 9. After the event, the Buildingsí Management will check all rooms and communal areas for damage, and that all keys have been returned and are undamaged. If any damages have been found in your room(s) or communal areas that you have access to, you will lose your deposit (or part thereof) to pay for the damages to be fixed.
